Ciri KLIA Queue Allocation Untuk memberikan pengalaman yang lebih lancar, telus, dan selamat kepada rakan-pemandu yang menunggu tempahan di KLIA, kami akan memperkenalkan ciri baharu kami iaitu  KLIA Queue Allocation . Ciri ini hanya akan diaktifkan  jika  anda menunggu tempahan di lokasi yang ditentukan sahaja yang dipanggil  ‘KLIA Landside Operations’ atau ‘Charter Field Town’ . Ciri baru ini selaras dengan syarat peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Pengangkutan Malaysia (MOT) dimana semua kenderaan, termasuk kereta servis  e-hailing  tidak boleh menunggu di tepi jalan raya sekitar lapangan terbang.
