Grab Kiosk (KL Selangor dan Negeri Sembilan)
Untuk Grab Driver (Existing Driver/ Pemandu Lama) Update Document seperti: Update Lesen PSV baru, Insurance Covernote Baru dan Tukar Kereta. Rujuk lokasi-lokasi Grab kiosk di bawah:

Bawa document berkaitan seperti Lesen dan Insurance Covernote yang baru. Anda WAJIB berjumpa di Grab Kiosk / Grab Driver Centre (GDC). Admin TIDAK akan balas jika anda cuba WhatsApp nombor di bawah berkenaan dengan update dokumen.

Grab Driver yang suspend/terminate/banned sebab tak complete 30-trips dalam 30-hari pertama atau sebab-sebab yang lain. Rujuk ke Grab Driver Centre (GDC) di Jaya One PJ. Sebab Grab Kiosk TIDAK akan menguruskan isu-isu yang berkaitan dengan disiplin pemandu Grab.


 Group admin akan mengesah dan proses dokumen pendaftaran Grab Driver anda. Akaun anda akan diaktifkan selepas permohonan EVP (E-Hailing Vehicle Permit) diluluskan. Grab Driver juga akan dimasukkan ke dalam WhatsApp Group Driver selepas akaun anda berjaya diaktifkan oleh group admin.

Untuk rayuan pengaktifan akaun semula akaun. Hantar borang reboarding tertera untuk proses Return2Grab(R2G): grb.to/reboardingform . Pihak Grab akan semak dan hantar SMS kepada pemohon yang layak menyertai Grab semula.
